March Break Training Development and Leadership Camp
There are soccer camps, and then there is the training development and leadership camp EMSC will offer from March 12-16, 2012. The camp is an opportunity for your son and daughter to train and develop his/her individual skills and technique in a positive learning environment, enjoy the company of other young campers who share the same drive to acquire new skills (or develop what they have) and to grow overall as a young player, as a young person.
All learning environments are in a GAME set-up, players will play games that work on their technical ability, tactical understanding and in all cases challenge their physical and mental capacities to work at their best. Here's an idea of what a typical Camp Day will look like:
Extended Camp Day Drop-off - 8am
Regular Camp Day Drop-off - 9am
Session (Individual Technique) - 9-10:30am
Session (Leadership) - 11am-12pm
Lunch (not provided) - 12-1pm
Session (Coordination/Balance/Agility) - 1-2pm
Juggling Competition - 2-3pm
Rest/Recovery - 3-5pm
Regular Camp Day Pick-up - 5pm
Games - 5-6pm
Extended Camp Day Pick-up - 6pm
Leadership?? Participants will learn leadership skills in an interactive learning environment - how and when to lead, and successful strategies to leading an individual/group/team - skills they can apply at soccer, at home, and more importantly in their every day life out in the real world.
Questions may be directed to Gabriella Trichilo at coachgabriella@gmail.com or by telephone at 416-835-4787.
