Player Development
At the heart of our advanced development program lies our technical staff who oversee and run training for the ADP program and Academy training - also, taking time out, whenever needed to help players with individual technique and team training sessions by invitation/request by team head coaches or placement by the club head coach. Here's more on EMSC's ADP Program...
Advanced Development Program (ADP)
Technical Director Josef Komlodi, initiated the ADP project in 2001, the program provided EMSC players, from grassroots to competitive, the opportunity to receive extra training every day of the week, by the club's most qualified coaching staff, in a highly competitive and positive environment. Now, more than 10 years later, ADP has become one of EMSC's brand name programs, we at EMSC, pride ourselves on our ability to offer extraordinary programs that give our athletes a wide-variety of skills for the game, knowledge and build strong character.

Development Camps
In 2011, Erin Mills Soccer Club has been able to offer several developmental training camps through the relationships we have built over the years with professional clubs overseas. In June 2011, we hosted West Ham United; In July 2011, we hosted NK-Dinamo Zagreb for a training and development camp, and the Croatian Women's National team staff for a player ID camp; and in August 2011, we hosted Celtic FC for a training and development camp, all camps were held at our home training grounds in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
One of our objectives in 2012 is to develop new relationships and be able to offer our members the most advanced and vast training opportunities available. Erin Mills is committed to learning new things and exploring new training approaches.
To discuss possible partnerships or explore opportunities to run a training/ID camps with Erin Mills SC, contact Josef Komlodi at technical.director@erinmillssoccer.com.
Specialized Training Programs
EMSC has a wide variety of programs that aim to enhance player's in all areas of the game - player's participate in programs such as Aerobics, general Strength and Conditioning (specific and non-specific training), Fitness, Futsal and Gymnastics. We aim to add dance classes to our programs in 2012, to help players with coordination, balance, flexibility and overall athleticism.
Coaching Education
The success of our players is in huge part due to the extensive knowledge and experience of our coaches. Educating our coaches is a top priority at EMSC and we strive to learn from the best.
In 2010, EMSC hosted Youth Academy Director and now UEFA Technical Instructor, Romeo Jozak, of NK-Dinamo Zagreb (Croatia). Mr. Jozak left a strong impression on our coaches with his field presentation and lecture on Dynamic Functional Techniques - we have learned, applied and maintained that thought throughout our training sessions since.
Romeo Jozak Leaves Strong Impression on ERIN MILLS Coaches Before Heading Home
In 2011, EMSC hosted head of the DFB Pro Licensing at the Hennes-Weisweiler Academy in Hennef, Germany and Head Coach of the U20 German Men's National Team, Frank Wormuth, for a Coaching Symposium at our home in Mississauga.
