Purpose of the RFQ

We, Erin Mills Soccer Club (EMSC) are issuing this RFQ to obtain from you a quote on team and individual photography services for the Summer 2012 season.

Requirements

Potential photographers should be available to do photography for the entirety of the week of June 11-18 for approximately 2200 players on 172 teams. Players will need to receive team composite photos as well as individual portraits. Sponsor plaques with appropriate engraving will also be needed. Photographers must also provide support staff to accommodate all photographic work and to assist parents in purchasing additional items.
