Josef joined Erin Mills S.C. as Head Coach in April 2002. Since then the club has gone through some signigicant changes. Prior to joining EMSC, Josef coached with Ontario Soccer Association's Team Ontario Program for many years. He also developed the Professional Soccer Academy. Earlier he was involved with several different level of teams and clubs across the Greater Toronto Area.

Among his accomplishments, Josef was one of the active pioneers to start the CPSL Pro League in Ontario. Josef has helped and prepared many players to play in Europe.

Josef is currently part of the Ontario Soccer Association's Coaching Instructors Group. He is a Member of the Club Head Coach’s Management Group and the Club Head Coach’s Alliance. He brings European Coaching and playing experience from Hungary and from Germany.

 • Canadian “C” License
 • NCCP Level  3
 • Sport Psychology Diploma
 • FA, Level 1 Fitness Certification 
 • FA, Level 5 Sport Psychology Certification

He speaks English, Hungarian  and German. He is married and has a son.
