Erin Mills Soccer Club is thrilled to announce that on September 21st, 2024, we were awarded the prestigious Ontario Soccer Centre Circle Club Recognition Award for our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility on and off the field.
The “She’s an Eagle” program is a female mentorship initiative designed to increase participation of female coaches in the community, highlighting the importance of female leadership to the sport.
The EMSC 407 ETR All-Abilities program offers an inclusive program for players of all abilities. The program is designed and adapted to accommodate any disability or level of behaviour ensuring all feel welcomed and included while building social and soccer skills.
EMSC continues to work closely with local elementary schools to provide free services allowing young students to build and maintain positive social relationships and boost physical and mental health within our community through soccer participation. Furthermore, EMSC offers financial assistance to low-income families who may experience financial barriers with enrolling their children in soccer within our community. This is provided in our efforts to offer affordable options for all looking to participate.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported the club as this award reflects the hard work, dedication, and passion of EMSC players, parents, coaches, staff, and community.
This award is a testament to the collective efforts and the strong sense of community that defines Erin Mills Soccer Club.
